Tap anywhere on screen to teleport. You start with 3 shields and they will be lost if hit by enemy or bullet (even teleporting into enemies will hurt).
Enemies can be killed only when they are idling (flash indicator) by teleporting into them.
This was made with mobile screens in mind. Touch or mouse click works.

For some reason I can't start the game. Nothing works
That’s unfortunate. It works for me on Safari, FF, Edge. For reference could you please tell me what browser you were using?
I realised it could crash in private mode(localStorage access issue).
